 Terms of Service


Orders:

  • Most items are custom-made and produced to order. The wait time for an item can range from                1-5 business days before it is shipped. Once completed, the item is usually shipped within one    business day. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received, ensuring fair and proper treatment of all customers.

Shipping:

  • Delivery is through Canada Post, and all shipments include a tracking number. We will provide the tracking number to you once the item  is shipped.
  • Free shipping with tracking is available for orders over $90 CAD  within Canada and the USA.
  • Orders under $90 CAD have a minimum shipping cost of $8.99.
  • Worldwide shipping is available, and the shipping cost depends on the location. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost.

Payment:

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Simply select your preferred payment option at checkout.

Refunds and Exchanges:

  •  We understand that you might need to return or exchange a product. Please note that our products are generally made to order. However, we accept returns within 5 days of receipt, except for custom leather products.

Additional Information:

  • Due to the natural variations in full-grain leather, each product will have a unique appearance. This distinctiveness is a hallmark of  full-grain leather, ensuring that every item is truly one-of-a-kind.  Vegetable-tanned leather features a distinctive, natural patina that evolves and deepens over time, enhancing its uniqueness and making each piece exceptionally special.

Return and Refund Policy

 

Return and Refund Policies

We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product. Please note that our products are typically made to order. However, we still accept returns under the following conditions:


Terms of Return

  • Returns are accepted within 5 days after you have received the item except for custom leather products.


State of Return

  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it.


Reason for Return

  • Returns are accepted for the following reasons:
    • Defective product
    • Incorrect product received
    • Other valid reasons as agreed upon with our customer service


Process for Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service within 5 days of receiving your order by emailing oplusn@artcrafts.ca or sending a message through the website.
  2. Provide your order number, the reason for return, and, if possible, a photo of the item.
  3. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions.
  4. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Ensure the item is securely packaged and shipped back to us using a trackable shipping method.


Process of Refund

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • If the return is approved, we will process your refund.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

 

For US / International Returns

  • Indicate on the return shipping label that the item is a return and that its country of origin is Canada.
  • Ensure your return paperwork clearly states it is a return, not a purchase, and that the item was manufactured in Canada. Do not overvalue the item.
  • Use USPS or your local postal service for returns; do not use a courier service. OplusN will not accept returns from courier services.

Failure to follow these steps will result in extra duties and fees being deducted from your refund.
